How we decide what to set
We run a marketing agency, so we know precisely how much can be harvested from a visitor and how little of it ever gets used. Our rule is that a stored item has to earn its place by doing something for you on this visit or the next one. Almost nothing passes that test.
The result is that we set no cookies of our own, no advertising or remarketing tags, and no cross-site trackers. We store three preferences locally and measure traffic in aggregate without an identifier. Third-party cookies appear only if you open something that genuinely needs them — the scheduling panel on the contact page, or an embedded map.
Under Section 6 of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, consent must be free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous, given by a clear affirmative action, and as easy to withdraw as it was to give. The banner therefore offers a real choice with equally prominent options, does not pre-tick anything, does not use a cookie wall, and never interprets scrolling or closing as agreement. If you decline, nothing on this site stops working — and the sections below are the evidence, not the promise.

Strictly necessary
Items in this category are required for a feature you asked for to work at all. Under the DPDP Act and the GDPR alike, they do not require prior consent — but they still have to be disclosed, so here they are.
StranoInfy sets nothing in this category. The two entries below belong to Calendly and appear only if you open the scheduling panel on the contact page to book a call. Never visit that panel and they never exist.

Preferences
These three keys remember decisions you have already made, so the site does not keep asking. All three are first-party browser localStorage entries written by this site’s own JavaScript. They are never attached to a network request, never sent to our servers, and never shared with anyone.
They persist until you clear site data for this domain, and clearing them is harmless — the site simply reverts to its defaults and asks again.

Analytics and measurement
We measure this site so we know which pages actually produce enquiries and which are quietly wasting everyone’s time. We do it without a cookie and without storing an identifier on your device.
Neither service below writes anything to your browser. Visits are de-duplicated using a hash derived from your IP address and user agent that is regenerated every twenty-four hours and never stored, so there is nothing that can be linked back to you tomorrow, let alone across another website. There is no Google Analytics property on this site, no advertising pixel and no remarketing tag.

Embedded content from other companies
Three pages embed a Google map so you can find an office without leaving the site: the contact page, the about page and the footer map. Google sets its own cookies when that map loads, under Google’s privacy policy rather than ours, and we have no access to them or to what they record.
These are the only third-party cookies you will meet on StranoInfy outside the scheduling panel. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser stops them; the map will still render, and the “Get directions” link opens Google Maps in a new tab either way.

Changing your choices
Everything on this page can be undone from your side without asking us, which is how it should be. Nothing here requires an account, an email or a support ticket.
- Change your banner answer — your choice is held in the stranoinfy-cookie-consent key on your own device. Clear site data for this domain (see the browser instructions below) and the banner will appear again on your next visit, where you can answer differently.
- Change the appearance — use the sun and moon switch in the site header at any time. It rewrites the theme key immediately and applies without a reload.
- Stop the newsletter invitation — dismiss it once and it will not return for thirty days. Subscribing also stops it, and every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe that we honour immediately.
- Avoid the third-party cookies entirely — do not open the scheduling panel on the contact page, or block third-party cookies at the browser level. Both routes leave the rest of the site fully functional.
- Withdraw consent formally — email support@stranoinfy.com and we will confirm in writing what was stopped and when. Section 6(4) of the DPDP Act requires withdrawal to be as easy as consent was to give, and we treat that as a floor rather than a target.

Browser-level controls
Your browser is the strongest control you have, and it applies to every site rather than only to ours. The paths below are current at the time of writing; browser vendors move menus, so search your browser’s help for “clear site data” if a path has changed.
- Google Chrome — Settings › Privacy and security › Third-party cookies to block trackers, and Settings › Privacy and security › Delete browsing data › Cookies and other site data to clear what is stored. For this site alone: click the icon left of the address bar › Site settings › Delete data.
- Safari on macOS — Safari › Settings › Privacy, where “Prevent cross-site tracking” is on by default, and Manage Website Data to remove stranoinfy.com specifically.
- Safari on iOS and iPadOS — Settings › Apps › Safari › Advanced › Website Data, then swipe to delete the entry for this site. “Block All Cookies” sits in Settings › Apps › Safari › Privacy & Security.
- Mozilla Firefox — Settings › Privacy & Security › Enhanced Tracking Protection, with Cookies and Site Data › Manage Data to clear an individual site. Strict mode blocks known cross-site trackers by default.
- Microsoft Edge — Settings › Cookies and site permissions › Manage and delete cookies and site data, plus Tracking prevention for a site-wide setting.
- Brave, Arc and other Chromium browsers — shields and tracker blocking are on by default; the underlying controls sit in the same Settings › Privacy menu as Chrome.
- Global Privacy Control — where your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a withdrawal of consent for non-essential storage and measurement. Do Not Track is not a supported standard any longer and we do not rely on it either way.
- One honest warning — blocking all cookies everywhere breaks the Calendly booking flow and a great many other sites’ logins. Blocking third-party cookies only is the setting that costs you almost nothing and buys you almost everything.

Changes to this policy
We review this page every quarter and whenever we add or remove anything that stores data in your browser. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
If we ever introduce a new cookie or a new measurement service, it will be listed here before it goes live, it will be off until you consent where consent is required, and the banner will reappear so you can answer again. We will not quietly widen the scope of an answer you already gave.
